Refund & Return
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every order. If you’re not completely satisfied with the initial design results, we offer unlimited revisions to meet your expectations.
1.Unlimited Revisions Policy
- Customers are entitled to unlimited design revisions within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the initial design.
- If no feedback is provided within this 14-day period, or unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the order will be considered complete.
- Any revision requests after this period may incur additional charges or require a new order.
2.Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- If no designs or concepts have been delivered within the promised timeframe.
- If the customer is unsatisfied after revisions and can demonstrate that the service did not match the agreed scope.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny a refund if sufficient work has already been delivered or revisions have been reasonably attempted.
3. How to Request a Refund:
- Contact our support team at gueksolutionsltd@gmail.com with your order number, project details, and reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
4. Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Partial refunds may be offered based on the work completed up to the point of the refund request.
